Referral to other social services

In case a referral to other social services needs to be made, the psychologist will aid the client in that process. The psychologist will provide information on available social services and agencies that are considered appropriate to client's needs.

A referral might take place in cases there is the need for psychiatric assessment / treatment, medical examinations / treatment from specialized doctors, pediatrics, services specialized to the child's, the adolescent's or adult's needs (e.g. substance misuse, neurological or developmental disorders, terminal illnesses e.t.c.)
