Insight Sessions

Insight Sessions are open – ended psychotherapy sessions that can be used to provide a deeper insight on the individual’s needs, personality, patterns of relating and behavior. By exploring the self, the individual is better able to assess his priorities, alternatives, strengths and vulnerabilities and in this way, to adjust his behavior accordingly towards a more fulfilling life. Insight Sessions can be beneficial to anyone who would like to gain a deeper insight or support in one or more of the following areas of life:

  • Interpersonal relationships
  • Professional issues
  • Self-concept and self-esteem
  • Other significant goals

Insight sessions are not necessarily addressed to people who suffer from mental health issues.
